Clone a volume

1. Identify the volume you want to clone.
   • Find the volume in the Volumes console. Go to Storage > Volumes. Find the volume in the list.
   • Find the volume associated with a virtual machine instance. Go to Compute > Instances and select the detail view for a given istance. Select the Volumes tab to view the associated volumes. Find the volume in the list.
2. Select More > Data Protection > Clone Volume.
3. Provide a name for the cloned volume.
4. Specify the storage capcity for the cloned volume.
5. Select OK to create the cloned volume.
