Rumble Cloud is committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory and security compliance. Below is an overview of our current certifications and attestations:
SOX Compliance¶
Rumble Cloud is fully SOX compliant, meeting the rigorous internal control requirements specified under the Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX), ensuring accurate financial reporting and safeguards against fraud.
SOC 2 (Type I & Type II)¶
Rumble Cloud holds both SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II attestations:
- SOC 2 Type I: Validates that our control environment is suitably designed at a specific point in time.
- SOC 2 Type II: Demonstrates that these controls operate effectively over an extended audit period.
Together, these reports affirm that Rumble Cloud applies robust controls around security, confidentiality, availability, processing integrity, and privacy, and that those controls function consistently over time.
SOC 3 — Public Report¶
A SOC 3 report, tailored for broader distribution without revealing sensitive internal control details, is available upon request. Simply contact our support team at support.cloud@rumble.com, and ask for the "Rumble Cloud SOC 3 Public Report".
